DESIGN
Museum of World War II was created at the site of the current bus loop at Wałowa Str. The concept was to combine modern exposure with the reconstruction of destroyed buildings, which look like parts of war computer games in which the enemy shoots. Real buildings adjoin giant screens composed of screens which display historical images. Everything is kept in a dark climate. According to the premise, the spectator is aware of the events of war, the fate of the people, and in all is the history of Gdansk

Mennica Residence / Warsaw
DESIGN
“The inspiration for Mennica Residence comes from a journey to New York – the Everest of exquisite apartment towers. Moderation, pragmatism and quality make the buildings of Manhattan a model for urban residences. Two towers flanking the entrance at the corner of Grzybowska and Żelazna form a distinct and characteristic spatial arrangement. The smooth, geometrical elevation is designed from noble materials that age well. The moderation in choice of esthetic devices and the timelessness shall be the brand marks of Mennica Residence”.

AQUAMARINA is a complex of five-storey buildings with residential apartments for sale with various sizes from 37 to 82 sqm. and parking spaces in the underground garage. All apartments have large, spacious balconies or terraces with areas ranging from a dozen to several dozen square metres.

Wybrzeże Theater / Gdańsk
DESIGN
The theater was founded in 1946. Initially, it operated under the name “Miejski Teatr Wybrzeże” with its headquarters in Gdynia and consisted of several stages also in Gdańsk and Sopot. From 1960, the theater operated on two stages (Gdańsk and Sopot). In 1967 Teatr Wybrzeże moved to a new headquarters in the Gdańsk Main Town, at Targ Węglowy (built in the place of the Municipal Theater dating from 1801, rebuilt comprehensively in 1933-1935 and destroyed at the end of World War II.) In 2002, a thorough modernization of the reconstruction was carried out the current theater facility.

The main goal of the plant is to take measures to protect and improve the health of the population by organizing and conducting medical, preventive and rehabilitation activities and constantly improving the quality of services provided, as well as promoting health-related behaviors and compliance with patient’s rights contained in the applicable regulations.

Hospital / Radziejów
DESIGN
The Independent Public Health Care Center in Radziejów was put into use in 1979. The hospital in Radziejów was designed for 272 beds, four basic branches – internal, child, surgical, gynecological and obstetric. In addition, facilities were built to provide full diagnostic, logistic and administrative services, as well as the activities of specialist clinics and ambulance services.
The hospital provides preventive and curative services mainly for people residing in the Radziejów poviat and in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The first stage of providing medical services is basic health care, which is part of the health care system providing health and sickness services at home in outpatient or home settings.

Mazowiecki Provincial Hospital Drewnica / Ząbki
DESIGN
Mazowiecki Provincional Hospital “Drewnica” is an institution for adults with mental disorders and is located in Ząbki near Warsaw. It was founded in 1903 and currently has 9 wards, including: 5 general psychiatric wards, rehabilitation, geriatric, detoxification and daycare wards.

Housing estate “Browary Warszawskie” / Warsaw
DESIGN
The residential complex of Browary Warszawskie will be located in Warsaw within the Wola district, surrounded by Grzybowska, Wronia and Krochmalna Streets. The estate will be erected in 2016-2020. The office space of these eleven-storey residential buildings will reach 50,000. m2, while commercial 6 thousand. m2. The facility is an investment of Echo Investment, designed by architects from the JEMS Architekci studio, while the construction company Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is the general contractor. At the distance of 99 meters, Browary Warszawskie are created – Apartamenty przy Krochmalnej, stage B and C, 120 meters further there is an Office Building at the Gate, and 158 meters further there are Apartments Oxygen Apartments.
