INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Fulfilling the obligation to provide information, which results from Art. 13 paragraph. 1 and 2. Of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance) hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we inform that:

The purpose and scope of the data being processed:

We make sure that your data is properly secured and that its processing is clear, reliable and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Your personal data may be processed:

  • in order to prepare, conclude and perform the contract on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b), including for the purpose of pursuing legally required financial accountability to the extent specified in the Act of 26 July 1991 on personal income tax and the Act of 29 August 1997 Tax Ordinance (issuance and archiving of accounting documents). The data are processed for this purpose throughout the duration of the contract and after its termination or expiry of the possible claims specified in the Act of 23 April 1964. The Civil Code or until the limitation period of the tax liability indicated in the Act of August 29, 1997 Tax ordinance, depending on which date will pass later,
  • for the purposes of preparing and sending an offer based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) GDPR, i.e. based on the consent issued by: a conscious action which is sending an RFP or by submitting a declaration of consent for the processing of data in order to prepare and send the offer. If an inquiry is sent, the data is deleted after 12 months from sending the offer, while in the case of a declaration of consent – the data is processed until it is canceled.
  • in order to conduct current correspondence on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) ie in the legitimate interest of the administrator, that is, maintaining contact with contractors. Data for this purpose are processed until the administrator opposes their processing,
  • in order to establish and enforce claims by conducting debt collection activities, sale of receivables pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR, in connection with art. 509 and 510 of the Act of 23 April 1964. The Civil Code. The data for this purpose are processed until the claims are settled, the claim is assigned or the period of prescription for the claim specified in the Act of 23 April 1964 has been met. Civil Code,
  • in order to improve the quality of services provided by supervising customer service and creating analyzes based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The data is processed until objections are received for their processing for this purpose.

Recipients of personal data

Access to your personal data may be obtained by:

  • employees and collaborators of the Administrator, authorized to process personal data, who process data at his express request,
  • providers of IT, accounting, advisory, legal, marketing and graphic services, business development with which the Administrator concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data and who have passed the verification of compliance of the operation with the GDPR.

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (ie to the so-called Third Countries)

The rights of the person whose data we process.

You may, at any time, exercise the right of access to your personal data and the rights to:

  • correcting data – that is, correcting personal data when they are incorrect, have changed or become outdated,
  • partial or complete deletion of data (right to be forgotten) if the data is processed contrary to applicable law or all data processing purposes have been achieved and there is no other legal basis for further processing,
  • limitations of data processing – that is, limitations of data processing only to their storage,
  • access to data – that is, obtaining information about the purpose and method of processing your personal data and copies of data from the IT system,
  • data transfer – that is, to obtain your personal data that you have given us or to indicate to another administrator, whom we should pass on to them, if it is technically possible.

Right to object – you can object to data processing at any time:

  • for direct marketing purposes – we will stop processing your data for this purpose,
  • in special situations, if we process them in a legitimate interest or public interest.

We will stop processing data for these purposes unless there are other, legitimate grounds for processing that prevail.

The right to withdraw consent – you can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. We will no longer process data in the purpose you have chosen to submit such an order. However, please remember that we have the right to process your data until you withdraw your consent.
