REGISTER FOR THE TRAINING

1. Participation is conditional upon filling in the application form.

TRAINING FEE
1. Training is free of charge.
2. Certificates for Ambient System partners are free of charge. In other cases, the cost of issuing a certificate will be communicated by separate e-mail.
Ambient System reserves the right to verify the application.
3. The participant or the delegating company is responsible for covering any personal costs not included in the training description.

RESIGNATION FROM PARTICIPATION
1. Resignation from training should be notified in writing (e.g. to ambient@ambientsystem.pl) no later than 5 days before the scheduled training date.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DATE
1. Ambient System reserves the right to cancel or change the training date without giving a reason.
2. In the event of cancellation or date change, Ambient System will notify the applicant no later than 3 days before the scheduled training date.

ADDITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS
1. All special requests and suggestions related to participation in training should be submitted no later than 5 days before the scheduled training date.
