Key security industry trade fairs and conferences 2026–2027

From year to year, we observe increasing engagement within the industry in events such as conferences and trade fairs. This is a trend not only at the national or European level, but one that is clearly visible on a global scale as well. The security industry wants to meet – and the need for networking, direct conversations, the exchange of experience and technical knowledge is stronger today than ever before.

At the same time, the number of industry events addressing increasingly specialized topics continues to grow. Alongside large, international trade fairs with a broad scope, initiatives focused on specific market segments are emerging, such as transport, rail, tunnels or critical infrastructure. This level of specialization encourages more substantive discussions and enables better alignment of technologies with the real needs of individual markets.

Planning trade fair presence as part of the strategy

From our perspective, the selection of events in which we participate is always part of a well‑thought‑out annual planning process. This includes both flagship international trade fairs with global reach and smaller, specialized regional events.

Each of them plays a different role – from building brand recognition, through strengthening relationships with partners, to maintaining an active presence in selected international markets. Participation in trade fairs is not only about product exposure, but above all about meetings: conversations with existing partners, establishing new contacts and discussions on industry development directions, new technologies and changing market requirements.

Trade fair calendar 2026

April
At the end of April, we will take part in The Security Event in Birmingham (28–30 April 2026), one of the most important events dedicated to modern security systems in the United Kingdom.

May
May brings events dedicated to the transport sector: Asia Pacific Rail in Bangkok (6–7 May 2026) and UK Rail in Birmingham (13–14 May 2026). Both events provide an important platform for discussions with partners and investors from different regions of the world.

June
In June, we will be present in Germany at FeuerTrutz (24–25 June 2026), an event dedicated to fire protection and building safety.

July
During the summer, we plan to participate in SicherheitsExpo in Munich (1–2 July 2026), a trade fair focused on technical security, critical systems and facility protection.

September
September is an intensive trade fair period. We will take part in InnoTrans Berlin (22–25 September 2026), one of the key events for the rail and public transport industry, as well as Security Essen (22–25 September 2026), a global platform for security technologies. The month will conclude with our presence at SPIN in Muszyna (29–30 September 2026).

October
We will close the 2026 trade fair year with participation in Intersec Saudi Arabia in Riyadh (6–8 October 2026), strengthening our presence in Middle Eastern markets.

Trade fair calendar 2027

January
We will begin the year with participation in Intersec Dubai (12–14 January 2027), one of the most important global events dedicated to security, infrastructure protection and new technologies in the safety & security sector.

March
In spring, we will travel to the United Kingdom, to Coombe Abbey, to take part in ISCVEx, addressed to professionals in the sound and visual communication industry. During the same period, we will also support the local SPIN Extra event combined with a low‑voltage conference in northern Poland.

May
In May, we plan to participate in the next edition of Asia Pacific Rail, continuing our presence in the Asia‑Pacific markets.

June
For the first time, we will appear as an exhibitor at RailwayTech Indonesia in Jakarta – an event dedicated to the rail sector in Southeast Asia.

July
In summer, we will once again be present at SicherheitsExpo in Munich.

October
In autumn, we plan to take part in SPIN Południe, as well as the next edition of Intersec Saudi Arabia, continuing the development of our relationships in international markets.
