The administrator of your personal data will be Ambient-System sp.z o.o. based in Gdańsk (hereinafter: us). You can contact us as follows:

- Purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing
We will process your personal data to:
- properly implement the training;
- perform other services commissioned by us in a contract with you;
- inform you about new products and services in the future using electronic and postal communication.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
- legal provision (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) and processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract of mandate – in the scope of the following data: name and surname; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence (correspondence address), PESEL, NIP and other data, depending on the content of the order;
- your consent to data processing, given by accepting these terms and signing up for training;
- our legitimate interest – in terms of data collected as part of the activities performed, we need it for the proper performance of the activities entrusted to us.
- Period of personal data storage
We will store your personal data until the end of the training, and in the field of marketing until you withdraw consent to their processing.
- Data recipients
We will provide your personal data:
- our suppliers to whom we will commission services related to the processing of personal data, eg IT service providers, an accounting office. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.
- Your rights related to the processing of personal data and making automated decisions
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
- right to withdraw consent to data processing,
- right to access your personal data,
- the right to request the rectification of your personal data,
- the right to request the deletion of your personal data,
- the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
- the right to object to the processing of your data due to your special situation – in cases where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
- the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send your data to another administrator. However, we will only do so if such a message is technically possible. You have the right to transfer personal data only with regard to the data that we process on the basis of a contract with you or on the basis of your consent,

The right to withdraw consent
To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by sending a declaration of withdrawal of consent to our correspondence address or our e-mail address.
The right to lodge a complaint with the authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
