A day at work through a child’s eyes. Opening our doors to the youngest visitors not only on Children’s Day

What does a parent's workplace look like? As part of our employer branding activities, we invite our employees' children to visit the office.

Throughout the year, the children of our employees have the opportunity to visit the office, explore spaces they usually know only from stories, and see what their parents' work looks like. It is a time for fun, integration and discovering everyday work from a completely different perspective.

What does a parent’s working day really look like? What is hidden behind the office doors children often hear about at home?

As part of our employer branding activities, we regularly welcome our employees’ children to the office. These visits give young guests the opportunity to explore the workplace, discover interesting corners of the office and learn more about what their parents do every day.

The programme includes games, team-building activities and creative challenges that allow children to become part of the company community for a day. For one day, the office becomes a place of discovery, conversation and shared experiences, allowing us to see our work through the eyes of children.
